“It is essential for us to get out of the cellar from time to time and expand our horizons. EWE is the best and most efficient opportunity I have found to see advances in tools and technology, hear from industry experts on new tips and tricks, taste different wines, network and socialize, all in one place.”
– Tim Benedict, Winemaker, NY

Welcome Wine Reception
Tuesday, March 10, 6:00 – 7:30 pm

As a way of facilitating education and networking, we encourage everyone in the EWE community to share their knowledge and continue to learn about what others in the East are doing. The Welcome Wine Reception is the perfect place for this as you share and taste each other’s wines from around the East. BYOW is welcomed and encouraged.

Opportunities to volunteer to pour your own wine at your association, state or regional table at the Welcome Wine Reception are now available.

Sponsored by the Atlantic Seaboard Wine Association, the Ohio Wine Producers Association and the Pennsylvania Winery Association.

Post Reception Networking
Tuesday, March 10, 7:30 pm

Just because the official EWE reception ends, it doesn’t mean the conversation and networking need to. Gather together in the Marriott bar immediately following the reception and keep it going.

Buffet Lunch Social
Wednesday, March 11, 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Join fellow attendees, speakers, and industry reps for an informal, sociable buffet lunch. Not just a convenient under-one-roof lunch option, it’s an excellent opportunity to continue the conversation from the morning Conference sessions, share harvest stories, meet some new faces, and expand your network.

9th Annual EWE Industry Celebration Dinner
Wednesday, March 11, 6:45 – 8:15 pm

The evening begins with a brief gathering of pre-dinner snacks, Eastern wine samples, and your fellow attendees, speakers and exhibitors. Dinner immediately follows with the presentation of a special lifetime achievement award. We’ll raise our glasses to celebrate and then get ready to raise our paddles as we roll straight into the AEV live auction. No need to leave your seat as the action continues.

ASEV-ES Silent Auction
Wednesday, March 11 & Thursday, March 12

The Silent Auction takes place during show hours and will feature a range of items from low to high value. Place your name and bid on the items you want, then return throughout the show to ensure you’ve not been outbid. All proceeds support the ASEV-ES scholarship fund.

ASEV-ES Live Auction
Wednesday, March 11, 8:15 pm

This lively event provides not only the opportunity for friendly bidding wars and potential bargains, but most importantly a chance to contribute to the next generation of industry talent via much-needed scholarship funding. Grab a paddle and join the fun!

Open to all EWE & LTS attendees.

Lunch Buffet in the Exhibit Hall
Thursday, March 12, 11:45 am – 1:15 pm

This casual walk-around lunch buffet is a great way to meet with the exhibiting companies and learn more about the services and products that can help you in your business. A variety of food options will be available, compliments of the 2020 EWE Exhibiting Companies. Free to all EWE and LTS attendees.

Co-Located Event:
License to Steal Wine Marketing Conference

This is the conference where wineries, growers and ancillary entities willingly contribute and collaborate on marketing ideas, relationship building, and revenue generation. It includes the very popular ‘steal sessions’ where the best and newest marketing ideas are shared with attendees.  It takes place March 10-12 and is chaired by Donniella Winchell, Executive Director of the Ohio Wine Producers Association.

LTS attendees will have complete access to the EWE Exhibit Hall and ancillary EWE Events. Visit the Registration page for the pass options and inclusions.

We look forward to seeing you in Lancaster!
