Registration
Registration is open. To begin the registration process, review the passes and inclusions below to decide which pass is the right fit for you. Scroll further down for the rates. The earlier you register, the more you’ll save.
If you haven’t attended since 2023, you’ll see that we’ve streamlined the registration passes offered. The License to Steal® National Wine Marketing Conference (LTS), traditionally a separate conference at EWE, is now part of the EWE Conference and presented as its own Marketing track March 26-27. Any registration pass that includes access to the EWE Conference also includes access to the LTS Marketing sessions. A separate LTS registration is not required.
Registration Rates

Exhibitor Registration
Exhibiting companies may register as many staff as required to operate their booth. There is no charge for exhibitor staff badges. Exhibitors are granted access to the expo as well as all seminar sessions (on a space-available basis).
Each exhibiting company is also entitled to one free pass to the Welcome Wine Reception. To redeem this free pass, a discount code will be emailed to the contact on the booth contract. Additional tickets are $10.
Tickets for the Industry Celebration Dinner and the Wednesday Networking Lunch are available for purchase in the a la carte section of the registration form.
Please note we have a new registration process. Instructions how to register & a discount code for one complimentary welcome reception pass has been emailed to the contact listed on the booth contract. Please email Danielle if you have any questions.
Association Discounts
Members of the following associations are eligible for EWE registration discounts. Each association was responsible for providing the discount code via email to its membership. Be sure your association has your proper email address on file. Links to the association websites are noted below. If you did not receive the email, contact your association directly for the discount code. The code must be provided at the time of registration; discounts will not be taken after payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy
Registered attendees may cancel by January 24 for a 100% refund and by February 23 for a 50% refund. No refund of any type will be provided for cancellations received after February 23, 2025. All registrant cancellations must be received via re-entry to the registration site, or in writing to info@easternwineryexposition.com. Cancellations via voicemail are not valid.
Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.
EWE Group Discounts
A 20% discount is applicable to any group of four+ people registering for Workshop+Conference, Two-Day Conference, or Day passes. Registrations for all four+ attendees must be completed –and payment processed– at one time to be eligible. The discount is not combinable with other discounts except for the Student discount.
EWE Student Discounts
A 25% discount is available to qualified students. The discount may be applied to the Workshop+Conference Pass, Two-Day Conference Pass, Day Passes and Exhibits Only Pass. To be eligible, the student must be minimum 21 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited program of wine industry studies. To qualify for the discount, email info@easternwineryexposition.com. All students will need to present their current student ID or transcript to the EWE Registration Desk onsite for verification prior to picking up a badge. The 1st 48 Hours Discount cannot be combined with the Student discount.
Eastern Winery Exposition Policies
Payment is required at time of registration.
All attendees must be minimum 21 years of age.
EWE Show Management reserves the right to make changes to the program and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail.
