Register Early to Save
Sign up within the first 48 hours—by November 7 at 1:00 PM ET—and receive an additional 10% discount on your registration.

New This Year: The Virginia Wineries Association (VWA) is joining forces with EWE to bring its annual conference directly to the event. VWA sessions will be held in a dedicated session room and are open to all EWE conference attendees, no additional registration or pass required. Topics will include the 2026 Governor’s Cup Gala and other key industry updates.

The License to Steal® National Wine Marketing Conference (LTS) remains an integral part of the EWE Conference, offered as its own dedicated track on Wednesday and Thursday. LTS will feature expert-led sessions focused on brand strategy, direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, and a wide range of wine marketing topics.

Hotel room blocks will also open on November 5.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibiting companies may register as many staff members as needed to operate their booth. There is no charge for exhibitor staff badges. These badges provide access to the Expo Hall as well as all seminar sessions (space permitting).

Exhibitor badges also include complimentary access to the Welcome Wine Reception on Tuesday evening and lunch in the Expo Hall on Thursday.

Tickets for the Wednesday Networking Lunch and the Industry Celebration Dinner can be purchased separately in the à la carte section of the registration form.

Registration Information

Online registration will remain open through March 26. However, to receive discounted Pre-Show rates or to attend the Industry Celebration Dinner on March 25, you must complete your registration by Friday, March 20 at 5:00 PM EST.

Onsite Registration Location & Hours
Registration will be located in the foyer of the Greater Richmond Convention Center and open during the following times:

  • Tuesday, March 24: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Wednesday, March 25: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Thursday, March 26: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Badge Pick-Up Instructions
All attendees will receive an email on Monday, March 23 containing a QR code. Upon arrival, simply scan your QR code at the Badge Pick-Up desk to check in.

Please note: Onsite registration is cashless.

Association Discount Eligibility

Members of the following associations are eligible for EWE registration discounts. Each association is responsible for distributing the discount code via email to its members. Please ensure your association has your correct email address on file. Links to the association websites are provided below for your convenience. If you did not receive your discount code, please contact your association directly.

Important: Discount codes must be entered at the time of registration, discounts cannot be applied after payment has been completed.

If you believe your association would like to participate but isn’t listed here, please let us know and we’ll do our best to include them in the program. 

Cancellation Policy

Registered attendees may cancel for a 100% refund if cancellation is received by January 23 and for a 50% refund if received by February 20. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 20, 2026.

All cancellation requests must be submitted either by re-entering the registration site or in writing to WBM@executivevents.com. Voicemail cancellations will not be accepted. Alternate registrants may be substituted at any time without penalty.


EWE Group Discounts

A 20% discount is available for groups of four or more attendees. All registrations and payments for the group must be completed at the same time to qualify. This discount does not apply to Exhibits Only passes and cannot be combined with other discounts.


EWE Student Discounts

A 25% discount is available to qualified students who meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 21 years of age

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited wine industry program

To apply, email WBM@executivevents.com for approval. Students must present a current student ID or transcript at the registration desk onsite to verify eligibility before receiving their badge. Please note, the First 48 Hours Discount cannot be combined with the Student Discount.


Eastern Winery Exposition Policies

  • Payment is required at the time of registration.

  • All attendees must be at least 21 years old.

  • Show Management reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, or cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met or if circumstances beyond their control arise.
