Hospitality Manager
Holly transitioned to the wine industry after a 15-year career as a professional ballet dancer, most notably with The Pennsylvania Ballet. Her passion for hospitality began in Philadelphia, where she met her husband, Brandon, then Beverage Director for Iron Chef Jose Garces’ restaurants. Together, they discovered the Finger Lakes, eventually relocating there in 2018.
Holly began her wine career at Hermann J. Wiemer, growing from behind-the-scenes roles to guest-facing positions. She later became Tasting Room Manager at Domaine Le Seurre, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of winery operations. During the pandemic, she singlehandedly maintained sales and reopened the tasting room, deepening her leadership and resilience.
In 2021, she joined Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery as Hospitality Manager, where she leads tastings, events, DTC strategy, and the Vinifera Wine Club. Her guest-centered approach has driven major innovations—including a seated tasting experience, the launch of Eugenia’s Garden (now a million-dollar seasonal venue), and the winery’s top-grossing Holiday Market. She’s also built local partnerships through creative products that enrich the winery’s story.
Outside of wine, Holly runs Nouveau Flower Farm and holds a degree in Fine Art Photography, which continues to shape her visual and aesthetic sensibilities.
