AJ found her passion in winemaking and growing. She has been inspired and mentored by many of the great winemakers and viticulturalists in Virginia. From the vineyard to the cellar and beyond, the collaborative nature of the Virginia Wine Industry is a continued inspiration for her. To her, the wine in the bottle isn’t just about the varietal, the terroir, or the vintage, it’s about the people involved and the love they put into each bottle. Her goal as a winemaker is making wine that brings people together to experience and enjoy.
