Registration & Hotels
Online event registration will open November 4. If you register before the show, simply bring your confirmation to the Badge Pick-Up Registration desk onsite and use the QR code to quickly check in and pick up your badge.
Registration will be located in Freedom Hall foyer and open during the following times:
Tuesday, March 9 | 9:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesday, March 10 | 7:30am – 6:00pm
Thursday, March 11 | 7:30am – 2:00pm
Hotel block information will be available on the EWE website beginning November 4.
Casual business attire is appropriate for all events.
Trade Show
The EWE exhibit hall offers wall-to-wall, face-to-face contact and hands-on demonstrations with all the suppliers, equipment and goods you want to see. Visit the Floor Plan and Exhibitor List to see who is currently contracted to be in the Exhibit Hall.

Workshops & Conference
The program will kick off March 9 with full-day Workshops featuring deep dives on specific topics. Lunch is included.
The two day Conference will include sessions in Enology, Viticulture and Marketing and will take place March 10-11.
