Rachel Holman is the CEO and owner of Les Bourgeois Vineyards, where she has been an integral part of the business for more than 20 years. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles spanning events and hospitality, marketing, and business operations before being named CEO in 2013. Today, she oversees the company’s strategic direction, financial management, operations, production, and human resources. A longtime advocate for Missouri’s wine industry, Rachel has served on the Missouri Wine & Grape Board for more than 17 years, supporting the continued growth and recognition of Missouri wines. She enjoys the challenge of growing a multifaceted family business while staying connected to the people and community behind it.
