Principal

Jay is a Principal in the Blue Bell, PA office of HBK. He has provided consulting services to vineyard and winery owners for many years and has a deep understanding of how the varying businesses comprising a vineyard/winery interrelate. Among his many projects, he has developed a cost accounting model for determining per bottle costs by varietal, helping design and implement vineyard and winery operations entity structures, developed an industry specific chart of accounts, and advised on the utilization of a branding entity to leverage intangible assets.
