Based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, Dennis is a tax and business development specialist with a special focus towards the winery and vineyard business areas. His expertise includes the Closely Held Family Corporations involving wineries and vineyards, manufacturing, real estate developers, engineering and professional services. Dennis graduated magna cum laude from Bloomsburg University. He is a former assistant professor of accounting at Montgomery County Community College and has lectured at various PICPA Chapters, Montgomery County Bar, and business organizations. He has spoken at winery trade shows in Pennsylvania, New York and California on a variety of topics ranging from winery profitability to business succession plans.
