Event Registration
Online registration will remain open through March 14. If you pre-registered, simply bring your confirmation to the Pre-Registered registration desk onsite and use your QR code to quickly check in and pick up your badge. Confirmations were re-sent Friday, March 8, to all confirmed attendees.

EWE Shuttles

Shuttles for the Oncenter, Crowne Plaza & Doubletree by Hilton will run on a continuous loop as follows:

Workshops & Conference
The EWE educational program kicks off Tuesday, March 12 with three full-day Workshops featuring deep dives on Sustainable & Organic Viticulture & Winemaking, Bottling & Canning, and Money & Management.
The two day Conference takes place March 13-14 and features sessions throughout both days on Enology, Marketing and Viticulture.
New in 2024! The License to Steal Wine Marketing Conference will present a full Marketing track March 13-14 as part of the Eastern Winery Exposition Conference. That means your Conference pass will also give you access to LTS Marketing sessions. Separate EWE & LTS registration is not required.
Conference Materials: all confirmed conference registrants were emailed instructions and a password to access the materials for the Workshops, Enology & Viticulture sessions. PowerPoint presentations from those sessions will also be made available in the same location post-event.
Materials for the sessions in the Marketing track will be provided directly by License to Steal®.
Trade Show
The EWE exhibit hall offers wall-to-wall, face-to-face contact and hands-on demonstrations with all the suppliers, equipment and goods you want to see. Visit the Floor Plan and Exhibitor List to see who will be in the Exhibit Hall.

Sharing Your Wine
We encourage everyone in the EWE community to share their knowledge and continue to learn about what others in the East are doing. One way to do this is through sharing and tasting each other’s wines. Visit the Sharing Your Wine page for the details on donating wine to the Welcome Wine Reception and Industry Celebration Dinner.

Drop in and meet the EWE & LTS experts in the Atrium, on the lower level of the Oncenter – winemakers, consultants, authors, academics, marketers, vineyard owners, and more.
