Eric Hoffner, co-founder of National Winery Insurance Eric has more than 35 years in the insurance industry and co-founded the National Winery Insurance Wine Program in 1980.   For the past three decades he focused on providing his expertise to the Construction, Commercial Real Estate, and Winery industries.  Eric was previously the Director of Operations at one of the largest privately held brokerage firms in the Bay Area.  He is a leading expert in risk transfer techniques, claims mitigation, and alternative risk financing.  In 2016, he formed H&H with his partner Jessica Huang.  Their old school approach of providing top level, hands on concierge service combined with the latest in Risk Management techniques is the cornerstone of their business philosophy.  Eric earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California Berkeley.
