As a long-time freelance writer, Jay is constantly focused on keeping readers informed about the latest tools, innovations and marketplace changes in the technology arena. He is also a creative agency professional with nearly 20 years of experience spanning realms such as strategy, design, technology, mobility, retail, payments, and product development.

Jay helped develop Alliance Data’s Digital Card for which he led insights, strategy, concept, requirements, user experience, pilot, and eventual product launch. He holds two patents related to that product. He is a frequent public speaker and have most recently presented at Digility, CTIA, the Augmented World Expo, SXSW, and at TEDxColumbus.
