Head of Operations, Viniserve
Matteo is head of operations at Viniserve, a mobile services company which caters to the finest wineries in the Northeast. Mobile services include bottling, disgorging, crossflow and reverse osmosis. He is the enologist in charge of analytical supervision and quality control at Mosti Lab, a complete laboratory specialized in wine, cider and beer analysis. He obtained a BS and PhD in food technology from Parma University in Italy, as well as a BS in Enology and Viticulture from Bologna University. He has co-authored several research papers in collaboration with the Enology Department of Bologna University and AgriCanada. Matteo also conducts pre-publishing technical reviews of enological books with EnoOne, a publishing company based in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
