Creative Director

Morgan First is an award-winning creative director and entrepreneur known for transforming brands into large-scale interactive events and experiences. As Creative Director for the best-selling book, Rebel School of Wine, her design direction was a key factor in the nomination for a James Beard Book Award in 2025. She was the co-founder and Creative Director of Rosé Mansion, the 32,000-square-foot pink wine amusement park in New York City that sold over 225,000 tickets and became a national media phenomenon, as well as Wine Riot, a traveling wine festival that sold more than 150,000 tickets and helped redefine how Millennials engage with wine. Starting in 2023 Morgan has worked closely with Mattel to translate the Barbie brand into live experiences by designing and building global activations including the Malibu Barbie Cafés in New York and Chicago, the Barbie Dream Suite in Montreal, and a large-scale resort takeover in the Bahamas. Morgan was named Inc. Magazine’s 30 Under 30, Wine Enthusiast 40 Under 40, and Design: Retail Magazine 40 Under 40. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, CNN, Good Morning America, Forbes, Bloomberg, and many others. She lives in New York City.
