Andrew Adams is a senior editor with WineBusiness Monthly and produces and coordinates the publication’s editorial coverage of the industry in the eastern United States. Adams is also the editor of the weekly newsletter Deals, Data and Insights that features regular market analysis, data and original reporting on the entire industry. Adams grew up in the city of Sonoma, Calif., and graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in journalism. As a reporter and editor for daily newspapers in Oregon and California, Adams won awards for investigative and business reporting. In 2009, Adams left the newspaper industry for a harvest internship at a winery in Napa Valley. That internship led to a full-time position in the cellar and laboratory where Adams worked for three vintages before joining the WineBusiness company.
