Winemaker, Cidermaker & Consultant

Jonathan is the winemaker and cidermaker with Leonard Oakes Estate winery and Steampunk Cider. He is also the fourth generation grower/producer on a 300 acre apple and grape farm in Western New York. A Niagara College Canada graduate, he is a Board member of the Apple Research and Development Program, a member of the Advisory Council for Extension in Enology, and is the New York Cider Association President.
