Co-owner and General Manager
Loretta Briedé is co-owner and General Manager of Briedé Family Vineyards in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. She studied applied biodynamic viticulture at the Josephine Porter Institute and managed the vineyard during its formative years, helping establish the estate’s early viticultural practices. Today, Loretta directs the business and hospitality operations of Briedé Family Vineyards, overseeing the tasting room, staff, events, marketing, customer experience, and day-to-day operations. She has played a central role in developing the winery’s boutique brand, expanding its hospitality offerings, and positioning Briedé as a distinctive small-production Virginia winery.
