Director of Operations 

Zach grew up working in the business and developed a passion for grape growing and winemaking from a young age. He is an alumnus of Cornell University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Viticulture & Enology. Prior to joining Waltz Vineyards full-time, he completed internships at E. & J. Gallo Winery as a winemaking intern and at Chateau Ste. Michelle as a viticulture technician intern.
