The Syracuse CVB will host a local information table during the days of the event. Look for them near Registration in Gallagher Hall.

EWE Registration & Hotels

We encourage everyone to pre-register for EWE. Online event registration will remain open through March 24. Simply bring your confirmation to the Express Registration desk onsite and use your barcode to quickly scan in and pick up your badge. Can’t find your confirmation email? No worries! Confirmations will be re-emailed to all confirmed attendees a few days before the show kicks off. 

If you choose to register onsite, note that registration has gone paperless and cashless. You’ll have the option to register via laptop at the Registration Desk or if you prefer, via your own device.  

Registration will be located in Gallagher Hall of the Oncenter and open as follows:

Parking is available in the Oncenter parking garage or open lot. The rate for EWE participants is $5/day.

Shuttles for the Oncenter, Crowne Plaza & Doubletree by Hilton will run on a continuous loop as follows:

EWE Workshops & Conference

Featuring 38 Speakers and 35 sessions, the EWE program kicks off March 22 with full-day Workshops featuring deep dives on Fruit Wines & Mead, Fining & Filtration, and Fortified Wines.

The EWE Conference takes place over two days and will include 20 separate sessions in Enology, Viticulture and Money/Management. It takes place March 23-24.

We will continue to monitor the Covid situation and take our guidance from the appropriate governing authorities and public health officials. As of February 10, mandates related to Coronavirus were lifted by the State of New York for Syracuse. This could change at any time and EWE policies will follow if that should happen.

The Silent Auction will feature a range of items from low to high value. Place your name and bid on the items you want, then return throughout the show to ensure you’ve not been outbid. Bidding closes at noon Thursday. All proceeds support the ASEV-ES scholarship fund.

Lunch Buffet in the Trade Show

This casual walk-around lunch buffet is a great way to meet with the exhibiting companies and learn more about the services and products that can help you in your business. This is the conference where wineries, growers and ancillary entities willingly contribute and collaborate on marketing ideas, relationship building, and revenue generation. It includes the very popular ‘steal sessions’ where the best and newest marketing ideas are shared with attendees.  It takes place March 22-24 and is chaired by Donniella Winchell, Executive Director of the Ohio Wine Producers Association.

LTS attendees will have complete access to the EWE Exhibit Hall and various EWE Events. Visit the Registration page for the pass options and inclusions.
