A veteran of the telecommunication and technology industries, Paul founded Missing Link Networks, Inc. in 1997 after relocating to the Napa Valley and seeing the growing demand for eCommerce solutions for wineries. Paul soon realized that no other companies were providing truly integrated software by connecting orders and customers across all sales channels and quickly went to work on developing a web-based point-of-sale system for tasting rooms to complement the online shopping cart and wine club. In 1999 eCellar was born. Always the innovator, Paul and his dedicated team have have been adding critical functionality ever since, making eCellar the most robust 100% web-based DTC platform in the wine industry. When not driving new eCellar features or leading a lively user group session, Paul enjoys outdoor adventure and exploring the globe with family.
